CANCEL ORDER:

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel. Reach out as soon as possible, as we process orders in 1-2 business days & if your order has already entered the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it. You do still have the option to go through a refund (few!) or gift it to a friend (they’ll love it!). 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer free international shipping.  Shipping to countries other than the United States may take 2-8 weeks.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

This depends on the product ordered.

Delivery can vary and take 1-2 weeks for United States. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers. 

Shipping to other countries other than United States may take 2 - 4 weeks unless otherwise specified.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

WHERE DO YOUR ITEMS COME FROM?

THE PAW & CO BED'S are all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff. 

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office

ITEM(S) RETURNED TO SENDER 

If item(s) is returned to sender for the following reasons or any other reasons that were due to recipient's fault, we will refund customers the cost of the item(s) only (total price less shipping cost).
1. Customers failed to pick up the item(s) at the post office;
2. There was attempted delivery; and
3. Item(s) being held until payment of custom fees and the customers did not pick up at the post office.
The shipping cost is a flat rate of USD15. This policy applies to despite our "free worldwide shipping" promotion.


REFUND POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of ordering, please email us letting us know why and we will be happy to refund your order with a 25% processing/restocking fee.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds and credits can only be applied to the original payment method.

If your Paw & Co items do not arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to support@pawandcompany.com within 30 days so we can help.

REFUND - WRONG COLOR

Colors may differ based on the device you're viewing the website on. As such, we will not provide a refund based on a change of color or the color not being as you expected. 

REFUND - WRONG SIZE

To be eligible for a return for the wrong size, there must be proof that a Paw & Co representative provided you the recommendation based on the needs provided.

If you have placed your order just using the example breed and not measuring your dog, unfortunately a refund will not be processed. The purchaser is liable for measuring their dog and referencing the size chart on the website to ensure the correct size is ordered. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Paw & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Paw & Co will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
